Prioritizing Clean Energy Resources

The coronavirus pandemic shows just how important healthy lungs are. Unfortunately, according to the American Lung Association, Pennsylvania has some of the most polluted air in the country. That puts our lung health at risk.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Clean energy – including wind, nuclear and solar power – all avoid harmful pollutants that threaten our health and make the air dirty. There's a lot of support for clean energy across the Commonwealth. In fact, 72% of Pennsylvanians want the electricity that powers their homes to come from these clean energy sources.

People from all over the Commonwealth agree: we need to protect our lungs by prioritizing our clean energy resources.
