Carol Hill-Evans was first elected to the state legislature in 2016, representing the 95th Legislative District in York County. She is a native of York City, and graduated from the York, City School District before earning a degree from Penn State York. Prior to being elected to the State House, Hill-Evans served on the York City Council for eight years, including serving as City Council President.
Joe Gusler is the President & Business Manager for the Central Pennsylvania Building and Construction Trades Council. He also serves as the Business Manager of Laborers Local 1180.
Mike Pries was first appointed as a County Commissioner in 2010, and was then elected to full four-year terms in 2011 and 2015. Prior to his service, he served for 5 years as a Derry Township Supervisor. In his role as a Dauphin County Commissioner, Mike oversees all economic development efforts within the county, along with the emergency management department. His leadership as a Commissioner led to him receiving the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association’s 2014 President’s Award and the National Association of Counties’2014 Achievement Award in the category of Community and Economic Development.

Tim Scott, Co-Chair

Mayor of Carlisle, PA

Chris Reilly is currently serving his fifth term as a York County Commissioner, making him the longest-serving commissioner in county history. As a former Mayor of Dallastown Borough, he has a true appreciation of issues at the local level of government and is a strong advocate for economic development in York County and throughout the region.
Tim Scott was first elected to Carlisle Borough Council in 2001, and then re-elected in 2005 and in 2009. In 2014, he was sworn in as the first African-American Mayor of Carlisle and was re-elected to that position in 2017. A graduate of Carlisle High School, he has a deep commitment to the borough and works to revitalize the downtown area, decrease municipal operating costs, and invest in infrastructure. Tim has been employed by the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since 2000, where he has become well-versed on a variety of public policy issues, including the importance of a diverse and reliable energy portfolio.
